HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once your package has been safely dropped off at the post office, deliveries within Australia usually arrive in 2 to 4 working days. The timeframe is dependent on whether your location is within the Australia Post guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery network. International deliveries usually arrive in 10 to 14 working days. These timeframes are a guide only and exclude weekends and public holidays. In addition to shipping, do remember to allow some time for your jewellery to be handmade to order. Some items on our website require up to 2 weeks to be hand crafted. Custom designs can take more than 3 weeks which will be discussed at the time of ordering. To make sure your order arrives on time it’s always best to plan ahead, especially around busy times like Christmas!
CAN MY ORDER SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Yes. We ship with Australia Post. If you are outside Australia, your parcel will be referred to your local postal company for distribution, who are usually able to deliver to P.O. Boxes with no problems.
IS MY ORDER TRACKABLE?
Yes, all Amelie Atelier Jewellery orders are trackable and require a signature on delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED AT CUSTOMS?
From time to time, international packages may be held up at customs which can affect delivery timeframes. If this happens, we just have to exercise a little patience and trust that the order will be delivered soon. Customs and duty fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
HOW CAN I WORK OUT MY RING SIZE?
The most accurate way to learn your ring size is by visiting a local jewellery store to be sized professionally by the assistants using specialty sizing tools. Using 'circumference' measurements taken by paper or string are extremely unreliable and will almost always result in a ring that does not fit you. It is extremely important to be sure of your sizing before placing your order. The atelier does not accept returns on rings that are the wrong size due to customer error or change of mind, and some pieces cannot be resized. Please visit our Sizing Guide Page for more info.

Yes, rest assured you’re purchasing an authentic Australian made product. Everything is hand crafted by Amelie in her Bangalow Atelier in Northern NSW and stamped with The Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia mark in accordance with their quality standards.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LISTED IN?
All of our products are listed in Australian Dollars. Quotes will also be given in Australian dollars.

Everything is made to order by Amelie herself which means that items can be tailor made to your size and customized if required. We don’t compromise on quality for speed.
CAN I FIND YOUR JEWELLERY ANYWHERE ELSE?
You’re currently visiting the only shop of Amelie Atelier designs, open 24/7 for your convenience. But we do understand that the tactile nature of jewellery often calls for seeing and feeling it in the flesh. You can visit the Atelier in Bangalow to view a selection of designs in the showroom by appointment.
HOW ENVIRONTMENTALLY CONSIDERATE ARE AMELIE ATELIER’S PRODUCTS?
The highest possible quality of all materials are featured in Amelie’s products. Where possible, Amelie preferences locally-produced materials and purchases from metal suppliers that guarantee that over 90% of their metal is recycled. All materials purchased to make the products have been ethically sourced with the least possible affect to the environment.
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Yes, Amelie is passionate about creating jewellery that is as unique and distinctive as her valued customers. She thoroughly enjoys working together with a client to design and create a custom piece, utilizing her perfectionist eye for detail and contemporary design flair to bring to life beautiful bespoke pieces that are forever cherished by her clients.
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Whether you have something specific in mind or only a vague idea of what you are wanting to have made, Amelie is able to guide you through the process. The best place to start is to book an appointment to meet with Amelie over a video call or in the Bangalow Atelier.
I’VE SEEN A DESIGN I LIKE, CAN AMELIE COPY IT?
Amelie can design within a particular style or incorporate elements that you love from someone else’s work to create a unique piece however, under no circumstances will Amelie directly copy another artists work.
